Webinar: Economic Costs of the PennEast Pipeline – FERC's Failure to Consider

January 26, at 6:30 pm, register here: http://bit.ly/PennEastEconomics-Webinar

The Delaware Riverkeeper Network is presenting a webinar discussing a new report authored by Key-Log Economics that documents the billions of dollars of economic harm that will be inflicted by the PennEast Pipeline if built and that are being ignored by FERC in its review of the project.

The costs and impacts discussed in this report parallel the kinds of harms inflicted by other pipeline infrastructure projects and that FERC is ignoring in its review of projects across the nation. The webinar will closely detail the extraordinary costs FERC is ignoring and will offer guidance for community activists protesting the PennEast pipeline.

Spencer Philips and Sonia Wang, Economist and Policy Analyst at Key-Log Economics, will present and discuss the new report, providing policy background and economic overview, methods, and results for the region. Q&A to follow.
