FERC held one of six public hearings on the draft environmental impact statement for the PennEast Pipeline Project on August 15 in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The public was given limited opportunity to voice their concerns over the project. Those who attended the meeting read a community message to FERC. The Delaware Riverkeeper Network and many residents are critical of the public comment process the agency is using.
