Volunteer Opportunity To Help Your Community and the Newton Creek

Reverend Evers Park (Camden, NJ)

May 13, 2017 – Reverend Evers Park (8:30a.m. – Noon)

Help community activists and area students clean-up this popular community park along the Newton Creek. Refreshments generously provided by PriceRite of Camden.

Meet community gardens along Lakeshore Drive (just off Morgan St.). Registration not required, but appreciated by concocting

Reverend Evers Park Directions:

  • From Mt. Ephraim Ave, turn onto Fairview St, bear left onto Morgan Street (near Creative Arts Morgan Village Academy),
  • Turn onto Lakeshore Drive,
  • Drive for 0.2 miles, turn right into driveway between buildings (look for cleanup signs),
  • Go to end of gravel drive.

What to wear to both events

You’ll get dirty, so wear boots and old clothes.  Dress for the weather!  Trash bags, gloves, rakes, etc. all provided.
