Webinar Update - PennEast Pipeline regulatory status in New Jersey, with the DRBC and the FERC

Webinar Update on the PennEast Pipeline—
What’s next in your state, with DRBC, and with FERC

We are expecting FERC to grant a "Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity" which would allow the project to commence. However, there are still ways to perturb the process and take a stand against PennEast at the state, regional, and national level.

Join us for a regulatory update on each state and to learn about the next stages in the battle and strategies we can take!
