PA Representative Greg Vitali, District 166, chair of the House Environmental & Natural Resource Protection Committee, is holding this hearing on how to address environmental injustices in Pennsylvania’s communities through permitting reform and legislation. The panel speakers will testify to the issues and priorities for action.
