PADEP Public Hearing on Route 115 Associates LLC Tunkhannock Proposed Warehouse

On Monday, March 3, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection will be holding a public hearing at the Tunkhannock Township Volunteer Fire Company. The subject of this hearing is the environmental implications of a proposed 800,000-square foot warehouse in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County. Route 115 Associates LLC, is seeking a National Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System permit to move forward with this project. The stormwater discharge from the construction will be received by the Tunkhannock Creek and Wetlands to Keiper Run. Which are both classified as Exceptional Value waterways. Those who wish to testify at the hearing are asked to submit a written notice of intent to coconnolly@pa.gov.
